Wow, I'm really impressed Adam. Thanks for sharing!

  2. Thanks! I had a lot of fun writing it. Always wanted to be a writer and thought it was a good start. I have much more to stay, already working a ver 2.0

Seems like you and I are on the same page. I have started clearing out my stuff over the past couple of months and it is making a difference. My philosophy has been a little different though. I either dump it, or donate it. I feel that selling items that give the pennies on the dollar return are not really worth my time to sit down and post the items, respond to questions, meet buyers, etc.Another thing you may want to consider promoting is that when you do buy an item, make sure it is a QUALITY item that will serve its purpose for a long time. Having to constantly buy replacements = more clutter and frustration.Keep up the good work!

  4. First, glad that you have started and made that first step. I was in an unique spot when I started getting rid of things. I needed every penny I could get my hands on. I also had a lot of spare time. Now that I'm working however, I tend to find myself donating more and selling less. My free time is more valuable now, so I tend to agree with you.You make a fair point about quality items. Normally this is where I brag about owning an old Toyota pickup with over 200k miles and is over 20 years old. Lately though, I might now be bragging so much! lol. At least my truck still stops. Cheers!
